Used primarily as a left-handed specialist, Kamai tossed 11.2 innings last season. On two occasions, Isaac pitched a season-high 1.2 innings, both coming against Big West opponents.<p><b>Hawai'i:</b><p>Kamai spent his first two years of college at Hawai'i. Isaac made two appearances during the 2005 season. One of those games was against the Tigers as Isaac allowed one run on one hit and one walk in the Rainbows' 10-2 win on Feb. 18.<p><b>High School:</b><p>Kamai graduated from Kamehameha Schools in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2003. A three-year letter winner at Kamehameha, Isaac was the 2003 state pitcher of the year. Kamai was also named the 2003 state tournament MVP and earned First-Team All-Interscholastic League of Honolulu honors. Following his senior season, Isaac was named First-Team All-State. Kamai helped Kamehameha win the ILH title in 2002 and 2003 and the state title in 2003. Over his final two seasons, Isaac posted a combined 19-2 record, including a 2.24 ERA in 2003 and a 1.67 ERA in 2002.<p><b>Personal:</b><p>Isaac Kamai is the son of Joseph and Lee Kamai. Isaac has two siblings, Marisa (26) and Elise (24). In his second year at Pacific, Isaac is a sports medicine major.<p>
